About us
Based in Surabaya, in business since 2015.
Gene Besar (PT Gene Besar Software) is an IT consulting and software development company. We provide consulting, build systems and support them after launch. Our clients include scaffolding rental firms, a money changer, a freight forwarder, a pest-control company, a restaurant and online shops.
Most of our work is making daily operations easier.
We most often build information systems for daily operations, such as rental records, orders, shipments and counter transactions. Our clients use these systems every working day, so they have to be easy to use and dependable.
We begin each project by learning how the client's business works, because a system that does not match the daily workflow ends up unused.
After launch we stay on as the team that maintains the system, and most of our clients are still with us.
